Job Description

As a Bank Teller, you will be the face of Truist, providing exceptional service to our clients, handling transactions accurately, and helping them with their financial needs. Key Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and cashing checks.
- Maintain a balanced cash drawer and ensure compliance with all banking policies and procedures.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate bank products and services.
- Assist customers with account inquiries and resolve basic issues.
- Educate customers on various self-service options, such as ATMs and online banking.
- Adhere to all security and regulatory guidelines to protect client information and bank assets.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and provide a positive customer experience.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic mathematical aptitude and cash handling ability.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Customer service orientation and a friendly demeanor.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role (retail, hospitality, etc.).
- Familiarity with basic computer systems.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
