Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented E-commerce Product Lister with a focus on Pinterest to join our remote team. In this immediate opening, you will be responsible for creating compelling and accurate product listings on our e-commerce platforms, with a specific emphasis on optimizing content for visibility and engagement on Pinterest. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a basic understanding of e-commerce best practices and visual merchandising. You’ll play a crucial part in enhancing our online product catalog and driving traffic through visually appealing content.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, edit, and publish new product listings across various e-commerce platforms, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Optimize product titles, descriptions, and tags for searchability and appeal on Pinterest and other visual platforms.
- Select and curate high-quality product images and videos, ensuring they meet brand guidelines and Pinterest best practices.
- Conduct keyword research to enhance product visibility and reach a wider audience on Pinterest.
- Monitor and update existing product listings to reflect changes in inventory, pricing, or product information.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual appeal.
- Track performance of Pinterest listings and suggest improvements based on data and trends.
- Ensure all product information is compliant with company policies and relevant industry standards.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in e-commerce product listing or data entry.
- Strong familiarity with the Pinterest platform and its best practices for product promotion.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or proprietary systems).
- Basic understanding of SEO principles for product optimization.
- Excellent written communication skills for creating engaging product descriptions.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage time effectively.

- Experience with image editing software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) for basic cropping and resizing.
- Knowledge of visual merchandising techniques for online retail.
