Key Responsibilities

- Load and unload packages from your vehicle, ensuring accurate delivery counts.
- Use a handheld device for route navigation, scanning packages, and confirming deliveries.
- Provide exceptional customer service, handling inquiries and delivery issues professionally.
- Adhere to delivery schedules and estimated arrival times.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and support teams regarding route progress or issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized personal vehicle suitable for package transportation.
Required Skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Proof of vehicle insurance.
- Access to a reliable personal vehicle suitable for deliveries (e.g., sedan, SUV).
- Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Familiarity with using GPS navigation systems and smartphone applications.
- Must be 21 years or older.
