Job Description

Are you passionate about making a real difference in customers’ lives from the comfort of your own home? Sky UK is seeking dedicated and empathetic Online Customer Liaisons to join our 100% remote team. This is an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional support, build lasting relationships, and ensure our customers have the best possible experience with Sky services. You will be the friendly and knowledgeable first point of contact, resolving inquiries and offering solutions primarily through online channels, contributing to meaningful work that keeps millions connected and entertained.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers via live chat, email, and social media platforms to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Provide comprehensive support for Sky products and services, including TV, broadband, and mobile, guiding customers through troubleshooting steps.
  • Educate customers on product features, service benefits, and account management options.
  • Identify and escalate complex technical or billing issues to the appropriate specialist teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices.
