Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Team Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role involves orchestrating seamless communication and collaboration across our remote workforce, ensuring project milestones are met and team productivity remains high. You will be instrumental in fostering a cohesive and efficient virtual working environment, managing diverse projects, and supporting team leads in their objectives. This is a 100% remote position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule virtual meetings, workshops, and team-building activities.
  • Maintain and update project documentation, ensuring all remote team members have access to current resources.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential bottlenecks, and proactively suggest solutions.
  • Facilitate effective communication channels and tools (e.g., Slack, Asana, Google Workspace) within the virtual team.
  • Onboard new remote team members, ensuring a smooth integration into company culture and processes.
  • Provide administrative support to team leads and project managers as needed.
  • Organize and manage shared digital workspaces and file repositories.
  • Collect and analyze team feedback to identify areas for improvement in remote collaboration strategies.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in a coordination or administrative role, preferably in a remote setting.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Asana, Trello).
