Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Logistics Associate to join our team in Saint Paul, MN. In this role, you will be integral to ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of packages and information within our logistics network. Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, sort, and dispatch packages and freight according to company procedures.
  • Operate various material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe manner.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of shipments and inventory.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, drivers, and management to resolve logistics issues.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a secure working environment.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
  • Assist with loading and unloading trucks and trailers.

Required Skills

  • Ability to lift and move heavy packages (up to 75 lbs) independently.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency for data entry and record-keeping.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Experience operating material handling equipment (e.g., forklift certification).
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems.
