Job Description
Are you a motivated and responsible 14-year-old looking for an exciting summer job outdoors? Leslie’s Pool Supplies in Scottsdale is seeking enthusiastic teens to join our team as Seasonal Pool Cleaners. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain practical experience, develop a strong work ethic, and enjoy the beautiful Arizona summer while earning money. You’ll be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of residential pools, working independently and as part of a supportive team. No prior experience is necessary; we provide all the training you need!
Key Responsibilities
- Learn and apply proper pool cleaning techniques.
- Skim pool surfaces for leaves and debris.
- Brush pool walls and steps.
- Empty skimmer and pump baskets.
- Vacuum pool bottoms using appropriate equipment.
- Assist with basic chemical level checks under supervision.
- Maintain cleanliness of company tools and equipment.
- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures.
- Provide friendly and respectful service to clients.
Required Skills
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (sun, heat).
- Strong attention to detail.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
