Job Description

Are you looking to start a rewarding career in food manufacturing with comprehensive training? Arla Foods is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Dairy Plant Bottling Assistant to join our team in Telford. This is an entry-level position where no prior experience is required – we provide full, structured training to ensure you succeed. Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor bottling and packaging machinery under supervision.
  • Perform quality checks on products and packaging to ensure adherence to standards.
  • Assist with machine setups, changeovers, and basic maintenance tasks.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to strict hygiene and safety protocols.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions or product quality issues to a supervisor.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily production targets.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health, safety, and food safety regulations.
