Key Responsibilities
- Complete comprehensive paid training program to master product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Proactively identify and engage prospective customers through various channels (phone, email, video calls).
- Conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs and present tailored solutions.
- Manage and nurture a pipeline of leads, moving them through the sales funnel efficiently.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and sales leadership to share best practices and optimize strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong, lasting relationships with clients.
