Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as an Entry Level Restaurant Support for both office administration and floor operations. This pivotal role is perfect for someone looking to start their career in hospitality, offering a unique opportunity to gain experience across various facets of a bustling restaurant environment. You will support both front-of-house operations to ensure smooth service delivery and back-office tasks, contributing to efficient management and guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
- Assist with greeting and seating guests, managing reservations, and directing inquiries on the restaurant floor.
- Support servers and other front-of-house staff by preparing tables, refilling water glasses, and clearing dishes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including polishing cutlery and glassware.
- Help with basic administrative tasks such as managing inventory of office supplies, filing, and data entry.
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and assist with general office correspondence for the restaurant management.
- Liaise between kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless communication and service flow.
- Handle guest feedback and escalate complex issues to management, ensuring a positive guest experience.
- Participate in daily briefings and training sessions to enhance operational knowledge and service standards.
