Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Assist pharmacists in dispensing prescription medications to customers.
- Process prescription orders, including data entry and insurance claims.
- Manage inventory, stock shelves, and ensure proper storage of medications.
- Provide excellent customer service, answer questions, and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy workspace.
- Adhere to all federal, state, and company regulations and policies.
- Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately.
- Prepare prescription labels and ensure accuracy of medication information.
