Job Description
We are seeking experienced and dedicated Linehaul Logistics Drivers to join our team in Pasco, WA. As a Linehaul Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and timely transportation of freight between XPO service centers, primarily operating tractor-trailers over long distances. This role offers consistent miles, predictable schedules, and the opportunity to be part of a supportive and professional driving community. We provide paid orientation to ensure you are fully prepared for success.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a tractor-trailer to transport freight between designated locations.
- Adhere to all DOT regulations, traffic laws, and company safety policies.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on equipment and maintain accurate logs.
- Ensure timely delivery of freight while maintaining product integrity.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, management, and other team members.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times.
- Manage fuel efficiently and comply with company routing instructions.
- Secure cargo properly to prevent shifting or damage during transit.
Required Skills
- Valid Class A CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
- Minimum of 2 years (24 months) verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience
- Clean driving record (MVR)
- Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screen
- Strong understanding of DOT regulations and Hours of Service (HOS)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to operate electronic logging devices (ELDs)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) operations
- Prior experience operating in linehaul or dedicated routes
- Strong geographical knowledge of the Pacific Northwest region
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and customer service
