Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and service-oriented Luggage Porter to join our prestigious team at The Royal Crescent Hotel & Spa. As a Luggage Porter, you will be the first and last point of contact for many of our esteemed guests, playing a crucial role in creating a lasting positive impression. This role requires a friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering world-class hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival and departure.
- Efficiently and carefully handle, transport, and store guests' luggage to and from their rooms and vehicles.
- Assist guests with directions, information about the hotel services, and local attractions.
- Maintain a clean and organised luggage storage area and hotel lobby.
- Provide exceptional customer service, anticipating guest needs and responding promptly to requests.
- Assist with car parking and valet services as required.
- Collaborate effectively with the front desk, concierge, and other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Adhere to all hotel safety and security procedures.
