Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Training Annotator to join our remote team. In this WFH Business Role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing our corporate learning and development initiatives by accurately annotating diverse datasets. These datasets will be used to train AI models, improve search algorithms for internal knowledge bases, and refine personalized learning paths for employees across various functions. Your work will directly contribute to the quality and effectiveness of our internal training programs and the broader adoption of AI in corporate education.
Key Responsibilities
- Annotate a variety of data types, including text, audio, and video content, to support the development of corporate training modules and AI-driven learning tools.
- Ensure high levels of accuracy, consistency, and adherence to complex annotation guidelines.
- Provide constructive feedback on annotation guidelines and tools to improve efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with project managers, linguists, and engineers to resolve ambiguities and refine annotation processes.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and data privacy standards for all annotated materials.
- Manage workload effectively to meet daily and weekly annotation targets.
- Participate in regular calibration sessions to ensure alignment with team standards.
Required Skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (US English).
- Proficiency in using computer applications and a willingness to learn new annotation tools quickly.
- Ability to work independently and maintain high productivity in a remote work environment.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of corporate training concepts or e-learning platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in data annotation, quality assurance, content moderation, or similar roles.
- Familiarity with common data annotation software or platforms.
- Experience working with large datasets or complex data structures.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Linguistics, Communications, Information Technology) or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) applications.
