Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous Healthcare Data Aide to join our remote team, specializing in patient record management. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of patient data within our systems. This is a crucial position for maintaining high standards of data quality and supporting seamless healthcare delivery. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain patient demographic, clinical, and administrative data into electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Review patient records for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal policies and external regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
- Identify and correct data discrepancies, ensuring data consistency across various platforms.
- Process patient record requests in accordance with privacy policies and established procedures.
- Assist with data audits and prepare reports on data quality and integrity.
