Job Description
Are you passionate about coffee and creating exceptional customer experiences? Starbucks is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Barista Trainees in North Battleford. No prior experience is required – we provide comprehensive, full training to help you master the art of coffee making and customer service. Key Responsibilities
- Complete all aspects of our comprehensive barista training program with enthusiasm.
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages to Starbucks quality standards.
- Provide excellent customer service, taking orders accurately and engaging with customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including coffee machines, service areas, and seating.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines and company procedures to ensure a safe environment.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold Starbucks values of respect and integrity.
Required Skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective team and customer interaction.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.

Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role (any industry) is a plus, but not required.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
