Job Description
We are seeking highly discreet and observant individuals to join our exclusive program as Luxury Brand Secret Shoppers. This is a critical role designed to provide objective and confidential feedback on the in-store client experience at Louis Vuitton boutiques in the Fremont, CA area. As a Secret Shopper, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our service standards align with our luxury brand promise. Your mission will be to meticulously evaluate every aspect of the client journey, from initial greeting to product presentation and post-sale interaction, all while maintaining the utmost discretion. This contract position offers premium compensation for individuals who possess a keen eye for detail and an unwavering commitment to integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct unannounced, covert visits to designated Louis Vuitton retail locations as a regular customer.
- Engage with sales associates and observe store operations to assess adherence to brand service standards.
- Evaluate product knowledge, sales techniques, store ambiance, cleanliness, and overall client experience.
- Identify areas of excellence and opportunities for improvement in customer service and operational execution.
- Provide comprehensive, objective, and well-structured written reports for each assigned visit within a specified timeframe.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all assignments, observations, and program details.
- Adhere to all guidelines and instructions provided for each secret shopping assignment.
