Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement solutions leveraging various Microsoft technologies (e.g., Azure, M365, Dynamics 365, Power Platform).
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements, define scope, and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft-based applications and infrastructure.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft product releases, features, and best practices.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members as needed.
- Contribute to documentation, solution architecture, and knowledge sharing initiatives.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in at least one major Microsoft technology stack (e.g., Azure administration/development, Microsoft 365, Power Platform).
- Strong understanding of cloud concepts and services, particularly Microsoft Azure.
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) or programming languages (e.g., C#, JavaScript).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team.
- A passion for continuous learning and professional development in Microsoft technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or other relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator Associate, Azure Developer Associate, Power Platform Developer).
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Git).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
