Job Description
We are seeking a highly professional and detail-oriented Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our discerning clientele. In this pivotal role, you will be the embodiment of our luxury brand, ensuring an exceptional initial impression and seamless guest experience. This on-site position requires an individual with impeccable presentation, outstanding communication skills, and a proactive approach to supporting our administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome all clients, guests, and visitors, ensuring a superior first impression that reflects our luxury brand standards.
- Manage incoming calls with grace and efficiency, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Maintain the pristine appearance and organization of the reception area and common spaces.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and managing conference room bookings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Provide administrative support to various departments, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Anticipate client needs and provide proactive assistance to ensure a seamless and personalized experience.
- Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk, administrative, or customer service role, preferably within a luxury or high-end environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a refined telephone demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Impeccable personal presentation and a professional, polished image.
