Key Responsibilities
- Actively scout for emerging artists, bands, producers, and songwriters across various genres through live shows, online platforms, social media, and industry networks.
- Attend local music events, open mics, and showcases to identify potential talent.
- Build and maintain relationships with unsigned artists, managers, and music community members.
- Provide detailed reports and recommendations on discovered talent to senior A&R staff.
- Stay up-to-date with current music trends, industry news, and competitor activities.
- Assist in the administrative tasks related to talent scouting and artist development.
- Support the A&R team in research and data collection.
- Learn about music publishing, intellectual property, and artist contracts.

- Bachelor's degree in Music Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
