Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify patterns and trends in search results and AI model outputs, escalating complex issues to senior analysts or engineering teams.
  • Contribute to the refinement and development of search quality guidelines by providing insightful observations and suggestions.
  • Participate in regular calibration sessions to ensure consistency in evaluation standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand evolving AI capabilities and their impact on search quality.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and productivity in a fast-paced environment.
