Job Description
Are you a high-energy 15-year-old looking for your first fast-paced and fun job? Outback Steakhouse in Wesley Chapel is searching for enthusiastic Food Runners to join our dynamic team! This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable restaurant experience, work in a supportive environment, and make a real impact on our guests’ dining experiences. As a Food Runner, you’ll be an essential link between the kitchen and our guests, ensuring hot, delicious food is delivered efficiently and accurately. Key Responsibilities
- Expeditiously deliver food orders from the kitchen to the correct tables, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist servers by pre-bussing tables and ensuring guests have everything they need.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth service flow.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area and service stations.
- Help clear and reset tables efficiently to prepare for new guests.
- Provide a positive and friendly attitude to guests and team members.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation standards set by the restaurant and local health regulations.
