Job Description

As a Google Workspace Concierge Aide with a Luxury Support focus, you will be the dedicated technology partner for our discerning executives and high-value clients within the Savills ecosystem. This isn’t merely IT support; it’s about providing a proactive, seamless, and personalized Google Workspace experience, ensuring our stakeholders operate with maximum efficiency and minimal disruption. You will anticipate needs, provide discreet and expert assistance, and embody the Savills standard of luxury service in every interaction, ensuring their digital workflow is as impeccable as their physical environment. This role requires a blend of technical acumen, impeccable service skills, and a deep understanding of a luxury client environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide white-glove, proactive technical support for all Google Workspace applications (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Meet, Chat, Docs, Sheets, Slides) to executives and high-value clients.
  • Anticipate user needs and offer solutions or training before issues arise, enhancing productivity and user experience.
  • Conduct personalized onboarding and tailored training sessions for new hires or complex feature adoption, maintaining discretion and professionalism.
  • Diagnose and resolve Google Workspace technical issues swiftly and efficiently, minimizing downtime for critical users.
  • Manage and prioritize support requests with a keen understanding of business impact and client expectations.
  • Maintain meticulous records of support interactions, solutions, and user preferences to ensure continuity of service.
  • Collaborate with internal IT teams for escalation of complex issues, acting as the primary liaison for the client.
  • Stay current with Google Workspace updates and new features, proactively informing and educating users on relevant changes.
  • Ensure data security and privacy protocols are strictly adhered to in all support activities.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace administration and user support.
  • Exceptional client-facing communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on clarity and empathy.
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality, personalized customer service in a luxury or premium environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to technical challenges.
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a concierge, luxury hospitality, or executive support role.
  • Google Workspace certification (e.g., Google Workspace Administrator).
  • Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Experience providing remote technical assistance and training.
  • A background in real estate or professional services.
