Job Description

No prior experience is required – we provide comprehensive, high-speed training to equip you with all the skills needed to succeed. You’ll play a crucial role in our fulfillment process, ensuring products are accurately picked and prepared for shipment to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick customer orders using handheld scanning devices and follow established procedures.
- Locate and retrieve items from designated storage areas within the warehouse.
- Ensure accuracy of picked items and quantities to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, order pickers) safely after receiving proper training and certification.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily productivity and accuracy goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Report any discrepancies or issues to a supervisor promptly.
Required Skills
- Must be 16 years of age or older.
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Ability to lift and move packages up to 49 lbs (with or without reasonable accommodation).
- Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a fast-paced environment (e.g., school projects, volunteer work) is a plus but not required.
