Job Description
Join the Target team as an 18− Team Member, an entry-level position designed for individuals eager to start their career in retail. This role offers an opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, contributing to daily store operations and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our guests. You will be an integral part of our store team, supporting various departments as needed and learning the foundational aspects of retail management and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with a friendly and helpful attitude, providing exceptional customer service.
- Support store operations by stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and maintaining a clean and inviting store environment.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register, handling various payment methods.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments, tagging products, and preparing items for display.
- Help guests locate products, answer questions, and resolve minor issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily goals and uphold Target's brand standards.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a secure working and shopping environment.
