Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Clinical Operations Assistant. This role is crucial for supporting the efficient daily operations of our clinical departments, ensuring seamless patient flow and administrative accuracy. The compensation of 30/hr is dependent on your assigned tier level, which will be determined by experience, specific certifications, and the complexity of responsibilities undertaken. This is an on-site position requiring strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a commitment to patient-centered care within a dynamic healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate patient schedules, appointments, and admissions efficiently.
  • Manage and maintain accurate patient records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Assist clinical staff with administrative tasks, including preparing documents and reports.
  • Facilitate communication between patients, families, and healthcare providers.
  • Oversee inventory and ordering of office supplies for the clinical department.
  • Support the onboarding and training of new team members within your tier.
  • Implement and maintain operational protocols to optimize workflow efficiency.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in medical office software and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field.
  • Medical Assistant or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
  • Experience with Epic or other major EHR systems.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and billing procedures.
