Key Responsibilities
- Onboard new customers to Microsoft's AI products and services, ensuring a smooth transition and foundational understanding.
- Provide proactive guidance and support to customers to drive adoption and effective utilization of AI solutions.
- Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, feedback, and technical issues related to AI products, escalating as needed.
- Monitor customer health and usage patterns, identifying opportunities for increased engagement and value.
- Collaborate with product development and sales teams to relay customer insights and contribute to product improvement.
- Develop and deliver basic training sessions or resources to help customers maximize their AI solution benefits.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and success metrics within our CRM system.
- Stay up-to-date with Microsoft's AI product roadmap and industry trends.
Required Skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., retail, service industry, volunteer work) is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Dynamics 365, Salesforce).
- Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts (e.g., Azure).
