Job Description

Are you passionate about Apple products and providing exceptional customer service? Do you have a knack for solving technical issues and helping others? We are looking for enthusiastic, bilingual individuals to join our Apple At Home Specialist team. As an At Home Specialist, you will be the friendly and knowledgeable voice of Apple, providing world-class support to our customers from the comfort of your own home. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to connect with customers across Europe and beyond, supporting them with their Apple products and services. A significant bonus is offered for proficiency in German, French, or Spanish, alongside English. You’ll undergo comprehensive training to become an expert in Apple’s ecosystem, enabling you to deliver unparalleled support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and customer service for Apple products (e.g., iPhone, Mac, Apple Watch, services) via phone, chat, or email.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, guiding customers through solutions with patience and clarity.
  • Listen attentively to customer concerns, empathize with their situations, and provide accurate, timely, and delightful resolutions.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions using Apple's internal systems.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by exceeding expectations and demonstrating Apple's core values.
  • Collaborate with team members and use available resources to resolve complex issues.
  • Fluent communication in English and at least one of German, French, or Spanish to assist a diverse customer base.

Required Skills

  • Fluency in English (verbal and written).
  • Fluency in at least one of German, French, or Spanish (verbal and written) to qualify for the bilingual bonus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient and empathetic approach.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a genuine desire to help customers.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • A quiet, distraction-free home workspace with a reliable high-speed internet connection.
  • Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple applications simultaneously.

  • Previous customer service or technical support experience.
  • Familiarity with Apple products and services.
