Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Mobile Car Valeter (Waterless) to join our dynamic team. This role involves delivering premium car valeting services directly to our clients across Cherry Hinton and the wider Cambridge area. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of vehicle cleanliness and presentation, utilising advanced waterless valeting techniques. This is a field-based role perfect for someone who enjoys working independently, has an eye for detail, and takes pride in their work.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel efficiently to client locations within the designated service area.
- Perform high-quality waterless valeting services on a variety of vehicles, ensuring pristine results.
- Inspect vehicles thoroughly before and after service to guarantee customer satisfaction.
- Manage and maintain valeting equipment and supplies, ensuring they are always in excellent condition.
- Provide exceptional customer service, building positive relationships with clients.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and company procedures.
- Complete administrative tasks such as service reports and scheduling updates accurately.
- Promote additional services and products where appropriate.
Required Skills
- Full UK driving license with a clean record.
- Strong attention to detail and a meticulous approach to work.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a mobile schedule effectively.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Physical stamina to perform valeting tasks in various weather conditions.
- A passion for vehicles and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in car valeting or detailing.
- Familiarity with waterless cleaning techniques and products.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle care and maintenance.
- Relevant certification in valeting or detailing is a plus.
