Job Description
Are you passionate about technology and eager to kick-start a career in electronics repair? Currys plc is looking for motivated individuals to join our team as an Apple Repair Technician. With certified training provided, no prior experience is necessary – just a keen interest in troubleshooting, a customer-focused approach, and a desire to learn. You will become an expert in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Apple products, ensuring our customers receive top-notch service. Key Responsibilities
- Complete comprehensive certified training to become proficient in Apple product diagnostics and repair.
- Perform repairs, upgrades, and maintenance on a variety of Apple devices (iPhones, iPads, MacBooks, etc.) according to established guidelines and quality standards.
- Diagnose technical issues accurately and efficiently, providing clear explanations to customers.
- Maintain detailed records of all repairs and customer interactions.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service, keeping customers informed throughout the repair process.
- Manage inventory of parts and tools, ensuring the repair area is tidy and organised.
