Job Description
As a Bank Associate at our New Port Richey branch, you will be the face of Bank of America, delivering exceptional customer service and assisting clients with their everyday banking needs. Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers, providing a positive and professional first impression.

- Assist customers with account inquiries, statement issues, and online banking support.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate Bank of America products and services, such as new accounts, credit cards, or loans, and make referrals to specialists.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of all bank products, services, and compliance regulations.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism, escalating when necessary.
- Adhere to all operational policies and procedures to ensure the security and accuracy of customer transactions.
- Actively participate in branch meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and assist colleagues as needed.
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
