Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Bank Teller in Tampa. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in the financial services industry. No prior banking experience is required; we provide comprehensive training to equip you with the skills needed to succeed. As a Bank Teller, you will be the front-line face of Bank of America, providing exceptional service to our valued customers and assisting them with their day-to-day banking needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and cashing checks.
  • Maintain a balanced cash drawer and reconcile daily transactions.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate bank products and services.
  • Assist customers with account inquiries and resolve basic issues.
  • Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing friendly and professional service.
  • Process night drops and mail deposits as needed.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs.

Required Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle cash transactions responsibly.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
