Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Banquet Servers to join our esteemed hospitality team, specializing in luxury weddings. This part-time role is perfect for individuals passionate about delivering exceptional service and contributing to memorable celebrations. You will be an integral part of our events team, ensuring every wedding reception and banquet is executed flawlessly, leaving a lasting impression of elegance and professionalism. This position primarily involves weekend work, catering to the peak wedding season.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up banquet halls and event spaces according to floor plans and client specifications, including tables, chairs, linens, and place settings.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally to guests during wedding receptions and other banquet events.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and courteously to all requests.
- Clear tables, wash dishes, and assist with general clean-up after events.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff, event planners, and other service team members to ensure smooth event execution.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Maintain a polished and professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Assist with breakdown and reset of event spaces for subsequent events.
