Job Description

Bodines Casino is seeking an enthusiastic Bingo Hall Caller & Floor Staff member to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
- Energetically call bingo games, announcing numbers clearly and with enthusiasm.
- Engage with players, fostering a friendly and exciting atmosphere.
- Distribute bingo cards, manage payouts, and verify winning cards accurately.
- Assist players with game rules, machine operation, and general inquiries on the floor.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bingo hall before, during, and after games.
- Handle cash transactions and ensure adherence to all gaming regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing player needs and resolving minor issues promptly.
- Promote upcoming events and special promotions within the bingo hall.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication and public speaking skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Basic math skills for payouts and transactions.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Preferred Qualifications
