Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Boutique Hotel Manager to lead our dedicated team at a prestigious boutique property within The Cosmopolitan portfolio. This role is perfect for a visionary leader with a deep understanding of luxury hospitality, exceptional guest service, and operational excellence. The Boutique Hotel Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality, guest satisfaction, and financial performance. You will foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and personalized service, making every guest stay memorable. Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) is available for eligible candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily hotel operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service across all departments.
- Oversee guest relations, ensuring all guest feedback is addressed promptly and professionally.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, to achieve revenue targets.
- Implement and maintain stringent quality standards for service, cleanliness, and facilities.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance guest experience and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive occupancy and revenue.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure standards are met.
- Handle escalated guest complaints and resolve issues to satisfaction.
Required Skills
- Minimum 5 years of progressive management experience in a luxury or boutique hotel setting.
- Demonstrated strong leadership and team-building abilities.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proven financial acumen with experience in budget management and P&L analysis.
- In-depth knowledge of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Experience working with international guests and diverse teams.
- Fluency in a second language.
- Certification in hospitality management or a related discipline.
