Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Bread Delivery Offsider to join our night shift team in Mansfield. This vital role involves assisting our experienced drivers with the efficient and timely delivery of our freshly baked products to supermarkets, local stores, and other clients across the region. You’ll be an essential part of ensuring our bread reaches its destination, ready for customers to enjoy the next morning. This is a physically active role that requires attention to detail, strong teamwork, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, night-time environment. Key Responsibilities
- Assist drivers with the safe and efficient loading and unloading of bakery products from delivery vehicles.
- Navigate designated delivery routes, helping drivers adhere to schedules and specific drop-off instructions.
- Ensure all deliveries are accurate and meet customer requirements, including product counts and stock rotation.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the delivery vehicle throughout the shift.
- Adhere strictly to all company health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Report any vehicle maintenance issues or delivery discrepancies promptly.
- Collaborate effectively with drivers and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Work consistent night shifts, typically starting in the late evening and finishing in the early morning.
Required Skills
- Ability to work consistent night shifts and maintain punctuality.
- Good physical fitness, capable of lifting and moving heavy loads (e.g., crates of bread).
- Strong work ethic and a reliable, responsible attitude.

Preferred Qualifications
