Job Description
Join Place UK as a Cherry Harvest Hand for the exciting summer season! This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals seeking outdoor work, physical activity, and a chance to contribute to the harvest of high-quality cherries. You’ll be part of a vibrant team, working directly in our orchards to pick and prepare cherries for market. We offer competitive rates and a supportive working environment. No prior experience is necessary, just a willingness to learn and a good work ethic.
Key Responsibilities
- Carefully pick ripe cherries by hand, ensuring minimal damage to fruit and trees.
- Sort and grade cherries according to quality standards.
- Place harvested fruit into designated containers.
- Work efficiently as part of a team to meet daily picking targets.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines on the farm.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Required Skills
