Job Description
Are you passionate about the vibrant atmosphere of cocktail lounges and possess an keen eye for detail? We are seeking a discreet and insightful Cocktail Lounge Evaluator to provide valuable feedback on the overall guest experience, focusing on service quality, drink presentation, and the social environment of our diverse lounge venues. This role is crucial in helping us maintain our high standards and ensure every guest enjoys a premium experience. You will act as a mystery guest, providing constructive criticism and highlighting areas of excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Discreetly visit assigned cocktail lounges within the Reno area as a regular patron.
- Objectively evaluate various aspects of the lounge experience, including staff attentiveness, beverage quality, cleanliness, ambiance, and adherence to service standards.
- Pay close attention to the social environment, noting guest interactions, music selection, and overall atmosphere.
- Provide detailed, constructive, and unbiased written feedback on observations, identifying strengths and areas for improvement.
- Complete and submit comprehensive evaluation reports within specified deadlines.
- Adhere strictly to all company guidelines and confidentiality protocols during evaluations.

- Basic computer proficiency for report submission.

- Prior experience as a mystery shopper or auditor.
- Familiarity with various cocktail types and beverage service standards.
- A keen understanding of what constitutes a premium social environment in a lounge setting.
