Job Description
Concentrix is seeking a highly meticulous and organized Records Clerk to join our remote team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity and accessibility of our company’s records and information. This position demands exceptional attention to detail, a commitment to accuracy, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced virtual environment. You will play a vital part in supporting our operational efficiency and compliance by ensuring all documentation is processed, filed, and retrieved efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately categorize, file, and retrieve physical and electronic documents.
- Maintain and update databases and record-keeping systems with a high degree of precision.
- Perform regular audits of records to ensure completeness and compliance with company policies.
- Assist with the preparation of reports and data summaries from archived information.
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Communicate effectively with other departments to facilitate record requests and information sharing.
- Support the development and implementation of improved record management procedures.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative support roles, with a focus on accuracy.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
