Job Description

As a Service Associate I, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing support and solutions through various channels. Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information and solutions to customer questions and concerns.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions clearly and concisely.
- Escalate complex issues to senior agents or supervisors when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and strive for first-call resolution.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements.
- Continuously learn and adapt to new product knowledge and service updates.
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems.
- Strong active listening skills and empathy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Problem-solving attitude and a desire to help others.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications
- Post-secondary education or college diploma in any field.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., retail, hospitality) is a plus, but not required.
- Familiarity with CRM software.
- Bilingualism (e.g., French, Spanish) would be an asset.
