Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Intercity Limo Operator to join our team in Kearney, Nebraska. This role involves providing safe, comfortable, and timely chauffeured transportation for clients on steady regional routes. The ideal candidate will possess excellent driving skills, a strong commitment to customer service, and a thorough understanding of professional etiquette. Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently operate a luxury limousine for intercity and regional routes, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including assisting passengers with luggage, opening and closing doors, and ensuring a comfortable ride.
- Maintain the cleanliness and pristine condition of the assigned vehicle, performing daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Manage time effectively to ensure punctuality for all scheduled pick-ups and drop-offs.
- Communicate professionally with dispatch and clients, reporting any delays, issues, or route changes promptly.
- Adhere to strict confidentiality and privacy standards for all clients.
- Navigate routes efficiently using GPS and local knowledge, adapting to traffic conditions as needed.
Required Skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (CDL preferred but not mandatory, depending on vehicle class)
- Minimum of 2 years of professional driving experience (e.g., taxi, rideshare, delivery, commercial driving)
- Excellent knowledge of Nebraska roadways and regional intercity routes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-centric mindset with a professional and courteous demeanor
- Ability to operate GPS devices and smartphone applications effectively
- Punctuality and reliability are essential
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a limousine driver, chauffeur, or executive transport operator
- Familiarity with luxury vehicle maintenance and operation
- First Aid/CPR certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
