Job Description

Concentrix is seeking a dynamic Telemarketing Associate to join our high-performing team in Downtown San Jose. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales over the phone for various client campaigns. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers based on provided leads lists.
  • Articulate product and service information clearly and persuasively.
  • Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions to drive sales.
  • Achieve and consistently exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions in the CRM system.
  • Follow communication scripts when handling different topics.
  • Handle customer questions and objections professionally.
  • Collaborate with team members and sales managers to optimize strategies.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Proven ability to persuade and influence customers.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
