Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales over the phone for various client campaigns. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers based on provided leads lists.
- Articulate product and service information clearly and persuasively.
- Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions to drive sales.
- Achieve and consistently exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow communication scripts when handling different topics.
- Handle customer questions and objections professionally.
- Collaborate with team members and sales managers to optimize strategies.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proven ability to persuade and influence customers.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
