Job Description

Royal Bank of Canada is seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk on a temporary contract basis in Oshawa. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input data from various source documents into designated computer systems and databases.
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness, correcting any errors or discrepancies identified.
- Maintain data integrity and confidentiality in accordance with company policies and privacy regulations.
- Organize and file documents, both physical and digital, for easy retrieval.
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding data entry tasks and deadlines.
- Perform routine data backups to ensure data security.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support team operations.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
