Job Description

Electronic Arts is seeking enthusiastic and reliable EA Sports Weekend Warriors to join our team in Concord, NC. This unique part-time role offers premium pay for Saturday and Sunday shifts, focusing on enhancing player experiences, supporting local gaming initiatives, and providing on-site assistance for various EA Sports-related activities. Key Responsibilities
- Engage directly with the EA Sports community at local events, retail activations, and special promotions.
- Provide expert knowledge and demonstrations of current EA Sports titles to players and fans.
- Assist with setup and breakdown of gaming stations, event booths, and promotional materials.
- Gather player feedback and insights to relay to development and marketing teams.
- Support competitive gaming events and tournaments, ensuring smooth operations.
- Represent the EA Sports brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
- Troubleshoot minor technical issues with gaming consoles and software as needed.
Required Skills
- Deep familiarity and passion for EA Sports franchises (e.g., FIFA, Madden NFL, NHL).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environments.
- Reliable and punctual, with consistent availability on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Basic understanding of gaming console operation and software.
- A customer-focused attitude with a desire to create memorable experiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, event support, or brand ambassador roles.
- Experience with live streaming or content creation related to gaming.
- Knowledge of local gaming communities and trends in Concord, NC, and surrounding areas.
- Fluency in additional languages beyond English is a plus.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs (event equipment).
