Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and safety-conscious Entry Level Midstream Laborer to join our team in Richmond, TX. This position is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in the energy sector, specifically within pipeline support. As a Midstream Laborer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and operational efficiency of our pipeline infrastructure. You will work under direct supervision, performing various manual tasks and assisting skilled technicians, contributing to safe and reliable energy transport.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general manual labor, including digging, trenching, and backfilling around pipelines and facilities.
- Assist skilled technicians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of pipeline components.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload materials and equipment at job sites.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including site cleanup and waste removal.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Participate in daily safety briefings and contribute to a culture of safety.
- Perform routine checks and minor maintenance on equipment as directed.
- Report any hazards, incidents, or malfunctions promptly to supervision.
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete tasks effectively and on schedule.

- Ability to perform strenuous physical labor for extended periods, including lifting, bending, and standing.
