Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive Client Liaison to join our growing team in Sioux Falls, SD. This pivotal role involves nurturing and expanding relationships with our key clients, understanding their evolving needs, and ensuring they receive exceptional service across our professional services offerings. The Executive Client Liaison acts as a primary point of contact, strategically engaging with clients to identify opportunities for value creation and connecting them with the right expertise within our firm. This role requires a proactive approach, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of professional services dynamics.
Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of key clients, serving as their trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities, anticipating their professional service needs.
- Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities by matching client needs with Eide Bailly's comprehensive service offerings.
- Coordinate internal teams and resources to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Act as an advocate for clients within the firm, ensuring their feedback is heard and addressed effectively.
- Prepare and present regular client reports, proposals, and presentations.
- Contribute to client retention strategies and participate in new business development initiatives.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities relevant to our clients.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in client relationship management, account management, or business development, preferably within professional services.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships at an executive level.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of business operations and financial principles.
- Demonstrated ability to identify client needs and propose effective solutions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strategic thinking with a client-centric mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience working for an accounting, consulting, or financial advisory firm.
- Master's degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, CPA – not required, but beneficial understanding).
