Job Description
Join our team as an Exterior Painting Helper, focusing on ground-level fences and walls. This entry-level role is perfect for individuals eager to learn practical skills in a supportive environment. You will assist experienced painters with surface preparation, painting, and site cleanup, ensuring high-quality finishes on various outdoor structures. No prior experience is required; we provide all necessary training.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation of surfaces, including cleaning, scraping, sanding, and masking fences and walls.
- Apply paint, primer, and other coatings to ground-level exterior surfaces under supervision.
- Transport materials and equipment to and from the work site.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including proper disposal of waste and organizing tools.
- Support senior painters with various tasks to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to high standards.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
Required Skills
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team.
- Good physical stamina and manual dexterity.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
