Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Gas Station Field Auditor to conduct regular, independent assessments of our gas station operations in the Arvada, CO area. This role involves performing quick, focused audits to ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and operational procedures. This is a perfect opportunity for individuals looking for flexible, ‘quick gig’ work that utilizes their keen eye for detail and provides direct impact on operational quality. A personal vehicle is required for travel between locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field audits at assigned 7-Eleven gas station locations in Arvada and surrounding areas.
- Verify adherence to fuel safety protocols, merchandising standards, and cleanliness guidelines.
- Inspect equipment functionality and report any maintenance needs or issues promptly.
- Ensure promotional materials are correctly displayed and current.
- Document audit findings accurately using provided digital tools and forms.
- Communicate observations and non-compliance issues clearly and concisely to management.
- Adhere to scheduled audit timelines and complete reports efficiently.
Required Skills
- Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using mobile applications or digital forms for data entry.
- Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver's license with clean driving record.
