Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Google Administrative Partner to join our team in Wichita, Kansas. This is a 100% Direct Hire position, offering the opportunity to work with a leading global company. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support, playing a critical role in optimizing workflow and ensuring seamless operations for our teams, with a strong focus on utilizing Google Workspace tools to their fullest potential. You will be instrumental in facilitating communication, managing schedules, organizing events, and maintaining critical documentation, all while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars and scheduling for multiple team members or executives using Google Calendar.
  • Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing materials via Google Meet and Google Drive.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents using Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
  • Handle travel arrangements and expense reporting in compliance with company policies.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, filtering and directing communications as appropriate.
  • Maintain and organize digital files and records securely within Google Drive.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
  • Facilitate team communication and collaboration through Google Chat and other platforms.
  • Onboard new team members by setting up necessary accounts and providing initial system guidance.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet, Chat).
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative support role.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience supporting senior-level executives or multiple teams simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting.
