Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to member inquiries via phone, chat, and email in a professional and timely manner.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to streaming, account access, billing, and device compatibility.
  • Educate members on Netflix features, services, and subscription options.
  • Document interactions and solutions accurately in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues to specialized departments when necessary.
  • Maintain a high level of member satisfaction by providing friendly, empathetic, and efficient support.
  • Stay updated on product changes, new features, and company policies.

Required Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Some prior experience in a customer service or helpdesk role (even volunteer or informal experience is a plus).
  • Familiarity with streaming services and popular consumer electronics.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) is a bonus.
